- Step 1: Submitting Your Preliminary Information (Required). Details such as contact, mobile, phone, E-mail information, biographical information, & photos can be supplied.
- Step 2 Providing your Complete Case: Past History is Compulsory. Please feel free to share as much information as you can about your difficulties, your life, & yourself.
- Step 3: General Makeup & Mental Makeup (Optional): If you feel that you have sufficiently explained your case in the case history form, you may omit this step. Please take a moment to fill out these facts as well; it will help us understand your case better. If the doctor determines that you should fill up, the Doctor will send you an E-mail; advising you to do so.
- Step 4: Submitting Women Details (Required for Female Patients): The woman details questionnaires must be completed.
- Step 5: Submitting Kid Details (Required for Child Patients): The kid details questionnaires must be completed. A guardian or parent can carry out this task.
- Step 6: The “upload your reference documents” feature can be used to upload scanned documents, reports, x-rays, MRI, CT scans, or even brief audio & video clips. You are allowed to submit as many documents as you need to back up your claims.
- Step 7: After the Doctor receives your case, it will take 2-5 working days to review it and get back to you with recommendations for treatment.
Depending on the nature of your treatment, the follow-up questions you submit will be answered as soon as possible or at most within two working days. - Step 8: Schedule a time for the Doctor & you, to chat online: The Doctor may plan a video conversation with you online if necessary. The schedule for the chat may be sent to you through email. Your comfort level will determine whether you accept or reject the same.
- Step 9: Your prescription is dispatched: You will be notified by E-mail & in your patient’s area when medication is prescribed.
